Owning a static caravan at our park is a straightforward experience, with no hidden extras - giving you confidence and clarity when it comes to managing costs.

 

Pitch fees cover:

  • Your designated pitch
  • Park upkeep and maintenance
  • Water supply
  • Local rates
  • Sewerage services

 

Other typical annual costs include:

  • Electricity: Individually metered and invoiced at the end of each season. Average usage costs around £200 per year.
  • Gas bottles: Sold on-site. Most owners use one to two 47kg propane cylinders annually. Each bottle is £100, including delivery and connection.
  • Insurance: Mandatory for all caravans. Policies start at approximately £285 per year. We offer “new for old” cover via Compass Insurance, or you’re welcome to choose your own provider.
  • Gas safety test: Required annually at a cost of £84.
  • Winterisation: To protect your caravan during colder months, we offer a winterisation service for £55, which includes reconnection the following season.
